How Do I Pay?


We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx, and ACH withdrawal.  We do not accept cash payments.  Your payment will be auto-drafted each month that you have an active rental agreement with us.  Remember, our lease contracts are monthly, so you don't have to worry about being tied into a long term agreement!  You can cancel and move out whenever you need to.

How Do I Find My Unit?


Each building has signage that will help you locate your specific unit, but you can also view the Site Map on our website for a better understanding of your unit's location as well.  If you still need help, swing by our front desk and we'll be glad to help!



When Can I Move In?


You can move in on the same day you rent your unit!  As soon as you sign your lease agreement, you will be given your individualized gate code.  Once you have that, you can access the property, obtain your disc lock from the front desk, and access your unit.

What Am I NOT Allowed to Store?


We do NOT allow toxic or hazardous items, illegal items such as drug paraphernalia, food or perishable items that may spoil, people/plants/animals of any kind (alive or deceased), weaponry such as firearms or ammunition, items like gasoline or propane, fireworks, nonoperational or unlicensed vehicles.  If you are unsure of whether one of your items will breach our contract, please review our lease agreement or call our property management team for further details.  We try hard not to be a cheap storage facility and want to keep our customer's experience "Premier."  Please help us in doing so!

What Is The Move-Out Process Like?


We require at least 15 days' notice before a move-out.  You can schedule your move-out date within your profile or by calling us.  After move-out, your gate code will be deleted, and your access to the property will cease.  

Am I Required to Have Insurance?


While we do not currently require insurance, we highly recommend that you utilize our Tenant Protection Plan (Click Here)!  Under NC Law, your items are not protected by our facility, which means that you will be liable for any loss incurred from events such as as burglary/vandalism, fire, vermin, etc.  Before renting a unit, we highly encourage you to review our Tenant Protection page, which offers many affordable options for protecting your items!  If you have a homeowner's policy that covers your items instead, we kindly ask that you upload that documentation into your profile.

When Is My Rent Payment Due?


Rent will be due on the 1st day of each month.  If you start your lease in the middle of a month, your rent will be prorated for the remaining days in that month until a new month begins.  

Do I Need A Climate-Controlled Unit?


When in doubt, a climate-controlled unit is a better bet.  However, try this test if you're unsure!  

  • Would you store your items in your garage?  If NOT, then you need a climate-controlled unit.  If you think your items could be stored in your garage, then a standard unit should suffice

What Type Of Pests Do You Spray For?


We hire a third-party company to perform a quarterly pest control service at each building of our site.  The pests that we target include ants, roaches, spiders, and mice.  While we do NOT provide a guarantee that you won't encounter these pests, we hope that this additional service adds value to you and reduces the number of potential pests that could harm your belongings.
